Organization was founded in 2007 by Damarine Campbell (CEO ) and director. Secretary Isha Belmavis and seven volunteers.

Damarine Campbell
CEO and Director
The organization was founded in 2007 by Damarine Campbell (CEO) and director. Secretary Isha Belmavis and seven volunteers.

Married for over 40 years and the mother of 4 adult children.
Damarine has been a member of the Constitution Hill SDA church in Jamaica for over 20 years, where she serves as an Elder, Pathfinder Director and Community Service Director. Damarine has been the recipient of many awards, the latest was presented on August 6th 2022, by the Inter American Division for her outstanding service in and around her community for over the years.
Living in a community with needy students dawned her vision of the ( EFAP) project in 2007. This mission started with only seven students, assisting them with, back to school supplies including but not limited to, lunch stipends, transportation fees and snacks. Damarine’s vision has assisted over 100 individuals from basic school to universities with scholarship funds.
Isha Belmavis
Secretary
Fueled by an unquenchable passion for service, Isha has dedicated most of her life in serving people. Isha earned her BS. from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia P.A, in Organizational Development Leadership Psychology. She has worked in Accounts Payable, served as a Community Relations Specialist, a Lead Case Coordinator in the behavioral health field and has worked in the airline industry for over 13 years and counting.
Also a philanthropist, the Jamaican native is the founder and CEO of the Donna Marie Foundation, a nonprofit entity catering to the needs of detached women and children. She is a proud wife and mother who loves cooking and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Those who know Isha well quickly make mention of her infectious charisma and endearing smile. Her wealth of knowledge coupled with her spirited nature makes her a best fit for her role as Secretary for Education Through Financial Ald.
Mission
Our mission at ETFA is to give needy students opportunities through financial aid, enabling them to become resilient and self-sufficient citizens by obtaining their education goals which ensures them attainable career goals.
Our vision at ETFA is to offer educational financial assistance to 100 needy students each school year through sponsorship and fundraising events that will lead to the establishment of a new weekly breakfast program at our local infant school so that we are able to assist students at an earlier stage in their educational development for a greater success rate.
